About Mrs. Wood
My name is Brooke Wood. This is my 6th year here at the Fort and with your help, I plan to make it the best year yet!
I was born in Thomasville, GA and moved to Tallahassee when I was two. I went to Springwood Elementary, Griffin Middle School, and graduated from Godby High School. After graduation, I received my Associate in Arts Degree from Tallahassee Community College. I graduated from Flagler College in 2010 with a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education/Exceptional Student Education. I'm also Reading and ESOL endorsed.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Cameron. We have two children, Grayson(6) and Emery(3)!

Learning can be hard. Learning can make us frustrated. Learning can and will happen! I know what it's like to struggle in school. This is why teaching is my passion. I want students to know that through determination and perseverance, anything in life is possible.
